The property is located on the top floor of the municipal monument in the quiet Vescpuccistraat.
The cozy and bright kitchen with balcony over the entire width of the house is facing west which means evening sun.
Layout
Through the well-maintained communal staircase to the third floor, entrance to the property through the centrally located front door. The hall provides access to all rooms. The spacious kitchen with dining table and sliding doors to the spacious balcony is the central point of the apartment. The adjacent bedroom with raised bed feels cozy and has a very large built-in cupboard.
The bathroom is functional and tidy. The living room is located at the front of the building and has 2 large windows for the necessary morning sun because it is located on the east.
